How it works
The eMAX CRM integration allows retailers to automatically pass new enquiries, lost sales opportunities, or other relevant sales leads from eMAX through to Conversica, triggering personalised 1-1 conversations with prospects/customers on their preferred channel through the Conversica platform. The platform alerts retailer employees when action is required (e.g. hot leads/leads for review) and conversation history is passed back.

Core opening hours are 8.30am to 5.00pm Monday to Friday. Extended support packages can be discussed upon request. Tickets are raised via a dedicated support email address for ease and speed.
