Cookie Notice

Keyloop uses cookies and similar technologies on its website and other applications (the “sites”) for a variety of purposes, including to provide you with a good experience when you use the sites and to allow us to make improvements. This Cookie Notice sets out the reasons we collect them and the broad categories of cookies that we collect.

We keep this Cookie Notice under regular review in order to ensure that it accurately reflects our use of cookies.

Cookies

What are cookies?

Cookies are small text files that websites can send to your browser. Cookies cannot contain viruses or anything else which may harm your computer or smart device. They cannot retrieve any other data from your hard drive or obtain your e-mail address.

How does Keyloop use cookies?

Keyloop uses the following types of cookies:

  • Strictly necessary cookies. These are cookies that are required for the operation of the sites. These essential cookies are always enabled because the sites won’t work properly without them. They include, for example, cookies that enable you to log in to secure areas of our sites. These cookies cannot be switched off and are set for very basic options on the website, such as logging in, forms and set preferences such as timezone or languages.
  • Analytical or performance cookies. These allow us to recognise and count the number of visitors and to see how visitors move around the sites when they are using them. This helps us to improve the way the sites work, for example, by ensuring that users are finding what they are looking for easily.
  • Functionality cookies. These are used to recognise you when you return to our sites. This enables us to personalise our content for you, greet you by name and remember your preferences (for example, your choice of language or region). They can also be placed by third-party providers you specifically consent to when you accept this cookie type.
  • Targeting cookies. These cookies record your visit to the sites, the pages you have visited and the links you have followed. We will use this information to make the sites, and the advertising displayed on it more relevant to your interests. They are mostly placed by third parties whenever you interact with their content on the sites.

You may refuse, block or accept cookies at any time through your browser settings. Information about the procedures you need to follow in order to enable or disable cookies can be found on your internet browser provider’s website via the ‘help’ function.

It may not be possible to utilize our services which require registration if you reject cookies. You many also choose to delete the cookies already stored on your device, but in doing so, this may temporarily or permanently impede the site’s performance or have a negative impact on any existing sessions on the site.
